Madam First Lady
I have a Master of Architecture, graduated from SUNY Buffalo in 2000. My M-Arch Thesis offered a comprehensive vision for the entirety of Lower Manhattan.
As the rebuilding process of lower Manhattan started after September 11, I followed it carefully. I wrote many essays that are critical and exposing of the rebuilding process, countless times I realized that what I am writing is being tampered with, in my computer. Sometimes deleted sometimes edited, sometimes a spelling and grammar mistakes are inserted so my writings will look less professional and less persuasive. It is very humiliating and very time consuming to rewrite what was lost. It is a counter productive to rewrite instead of investing my time trying to write new essays or alert the authorities for the wrong doings. My e-mails usually take a lot of time to arrive to its destination if it ever arrives, I often don't hear from those who I send e-mails to.
I write, design and save the pictures of my family and friends on my computer. I also maintain records for my contact with government officials on my computer. I have no valuables in life, no money all what I think it is valuable is in my computer. It questions the sovereignty of our country when I feel that someone has an access to all of this without my permission.
I alerted the FBI once before regarding a similar problems and an FBI agent called me and suggested that I activate the Windows fire wall which I believe it was already active.
I went to the local NYPD precinct on the morning of Monday, January 23, 2007 to report this, an officer in plain clothe said it is not tangible and he suggested to sue my Internet carrier. There is a possibility that it is deliberate. Someone who will be exposed by what I wrote has an interest in preventing it from reaching the authorities.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
